Healthy Snacks

1) water! you’re probably not hungry. just thirsty. drink two glasses of water before you decide to get a snack.

2) a can of tuna. the kind i get is starkist tuna in water. it’s 100 calories, but full of protein so it makes you feel full. (:

3) reduced fat wheat thins. you can have 16 of these for just 130 calories. that’s way less than chips, but you get that crunch that you want. there’s also a gram of fiber in there, which is excellent for you. i usually eat 4 crackers for breakfast, which is around 35 calories. (:

4) apples. [this information is for about 1 cup with skin, since apples can really be any size, haha] about 65 calories, but only 2 from fat. apples are a good source of vitamin C. (: they’re also delicious, affordable, and readily available.

5) almonds. half an ounce is only 85 calories, but they have 3 grams of protein so they really fill you up. they are also a good source of vitamin E!
